Everything in the box
One system. Built around the loads that get lost.
FlowLine runs the whole desk: the tender that arrives at 1:14 in the afternoon, the driver who goes quiet, the invoice that does not match its rate confirmation. Four agents do the watching. The rest of the system holds the work.
The four agents
Tender AgentEvery EDI 204 lands in front of a person with a countdown. One tap sends the 990. Anything still open at the deadline is declined automatically, so the shipper always gets an answer. Check-Call AgentDrivers share location from a text link, no app. Every moving load has a check-call window: 60 minutes in transit, 2 hours at pickup, 4 hours dispatched. Miss it and the load turns yellow, then red. Paperwork AgentRate confirmation, bill of lading, proof of delivery and invoice are checked against each other before billing. Duplicate BOLs are blocked. Response AgentCustomer emails get 15 minutes and quotes get 60, each with an owner and a backup. Time running low escalates to the backup.
Win and answer freight
EDI and tender hubReceive 204 load tenders, build and send 990 responses, and generate 204, 214 and 210 documents from any load to hand to your VAN. Partner connection health treats every tender received as a heartbeat, so a connection that goes quiet is flagged before the shipper tells you.
Quick QuoteA quote in front of the customer in minutes, priced by the same engine as the rate calculator.
RFPs and bidsPaste the lanes from a customer's RFP spreadsheet, analyze them, set bids and generate the bid sheet. Empty lanes pick up the calculator's suggested sell rate.

Questions
What does FlowLine do?
FlowLine is a transportation management system for hazmat carriers, freight agents and small fleets. It answers every EDI 204 load tender with a 990 before the shipper's window closes, flags loads that go quiet, and holds invoices until the paperwork agrees.
Does the driver need an app?
No. The driver gets a text with a link, opens it once, and the phone shares location for that load.
Who built FlowLine?
Ian Brown, owner and CEO of LIVE Global Logistics in Dallas, Texas, a hazmat carrier and brokerage. He built it alone after losing a major shipper to tenders that reached his team too late.
Can I use FlowLine as a freight agent under another carrier's authority?
Yes. The tender queue lets you answer under the authority you haul under, which is how LIVE ran its own hazmat desk for 15 years.
