Case studies from loads we actually moved.

No anonymous testimonials. Each study is built from LIVE's own load records or the founder's own account, with the numbers shown.

The tender nobody saw.One of the largest shipper accounts LIVE ran deactivated it in 2025. Nothing was wrong with the freight. The answer to a tender arrived 19 minutes after the window closed.
One lane. 3,011 loads.Greensboro, NC to Waco, TX is the biggest lane in LIVE's published records. Class 3, Class 8 and dry van have all moved on it, from 2017 to 2025. It shows why a lane does not have a rate. It has a rate per period.
The hazmat premium is not one number.LIVE's own report puts the hazmat premium over dry van at about 23 percent since 2023. Split by distance, that average hides where the money is: it is on the short hauls.
Four rules for every carrier we booked.June 9, 2022. A load had gone sideways on an account LIVE could not afford to lose. Ian wrote the brokerage team one short memo. It is still the rulebook, and it is the reason FlowLine tracks the way it does.
