For shippers

The carrier answers the tender. Every time.

A load tender you cannot get answered is worse than one that is declined. Every tender gets an answer inside your window: an accept, or a decline on time. Every load is tracked without a driver app, and the paperwork matches.

The problem

You have a routing guide, a response window and a score for every carrier. What you do not have is a way to tell which carriers are about to stop answering. The signal is usually an email alert that quietly stopped arriving.

What FlowLine does about it

Answers inside your windowEvery 204 has a person and a countdown, and a 990 goes out before the deadline or the load is declined on time.
Tracking you can auditCheck-call windows and an autotrack percentage that shows how many loads were tracked automatically.
Clean paperworkRate confirmation, bill of lading, proof of delivery and invoice agree before the invoice reaches you.
Real rates to bid againstCheck a bid against the median for the class, distance and period.

The proof

LIVE has worked with more than 1,000 shippers and brokers and 5,800 carriers, and has seen the failure from both sides of the tender.

Questions

How do I sanity-check a hazmat bid?

Compare it with the median rate per mile for the same hazard class, distance band and period in the rate calculator. The spread shows how far a bid can sit from the median and still be real.

Can I send tenders to a FlowLine carrier?

Yes. Tenders arrive as standard EDI 204 messages or through the API, and the carrier answers with a 990.
